Previewing Rose Senior Living with Dee offered a complete overview of the community, and was a positive experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm, and has a vibrant calendar of activities. Guys, this place is fabulous! If you can get your parents in here, DO IT, but do it now, because it's almost completely sold out. The staff is super friendly at Rose Senior living, especially Dee (who gave us the tour) and the director, Naomi.  Plus everyone else, too, including Julia and Emily who run all the events. The facility looks like a five star hotel, and all the residents are super friendly.  We toured a lot of places, and some of them felt like a middle school cafeteria, with the mean girls, etc.  This one is not like that at all.  Everyone seems to get along.  There are even about 17 Sisters of Mercy who live here, and so there's an extra air of kindness around the place because of that, I think. My parents just moved in, and are starting to get their feet wet in terms of activities, etc, but they are absolutely loving it so far!

We have been living at Rose for almost two months, and are very pleased about the beautiful complex, the up-to-date handsome apartments, and the full-service amenities. It is truly like a deluxe resort with activities and enrichments day and night. The food is tasty and well balanced. The staff are very pleasant, caring and very sensitive to the individual differences and needs of the residents. The responsiveness of the staff from housekeeping to administration is very resident responsive. Naomi the Executive Director had assembled a truly dedicated and professional staff. Julie has designed a fine enrichment package and is open to new opportunities for us residents. Dee was the best in helping us choose our apartment and completing the move-in. On a Scale of 1 to 5, Rose is a 10. We are so pleased to be a part of this caring community. The continuity of care options is perfect for our present and future needs. I checked numerous places and when I walked into Rose in Farmington hills, it felt welcoming. I definitely made the right choice. My mother in law is so happy. It was not easy to convince her to leave her house after over 60 years until she took the tour. This place is great!

Not only do I own my own Geriatric Consulting business,  but my mother in law lives at Rose in Farmington Hills.  The staff is amazing and kind. Communication is excellent and timely. She is very happy and has made many friends.  A well managed facility starts at the top. Naomi and Lisa are wonderful.  Destiny is awesome as well. I will continue to place my clients at Rose.
