Naomi Loebl is thrilled to lead the Rose Senior Living – Farmington Hills property as the Executive Director. With seventeen years of leadership experience in the senior living industry, Naomi brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to the day-to-day operations of our continuum of care community. Naomi has a bachelor’s degree from the Honors College at Michigan State University, and a master’s degree from the Kellstadt School of Business at DePaul University. She is also a certified Assisted Living Administrator and holds additional certifications in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Group Facilitation, and is trained in Mediation. Naomi is passionate about leading a team to success by delivering excellent customer service, beautiful accommodations, engaging activities, and continuity of care to the residents who have selected Rose Senior Living – Farmington Hills as their home. When Naomi is not engaging with residents and employees at the community, she enjoys running, reading, baking, and spending time with her two children, husband, and pets.
With over a decade of experience in senior living Lisa Assenmacher has taken on the role of Director of Marketing and Sales. Her passion for seniors and commitment to providing the highest level of customer service is what drives her each day. Lisa has enjoyed the experience of marketing the community throughout the pre-opening process and is eager to move our new residents into our beautiful community. Although she enjoys all aspects of marketing her favorite thing is getting to know each resident and their families. Lisa is married to her husband Jimmy, and they recently celebrated their 26th anniversary. They have two children and enjoy traveling, reading, great dining experiences and good movies. She enjoys her two cats and is learning to play pickleball.
With over a decade of dedicated experience in the senior living industry, DeArronmis Cooper has established a reputation for excellence in providing compassionate and personalized care. I have worked across various roles, from caregiving, life enrichment and now Sales counselor. I truly love working for this community. Outside of professional life, I enjoy traveling with my husband William. Love working out, taking our Dog Luna for walks, and riding my bike.
